My splits are so close. I’m 80% sure I will be able to do them by Sunday …
I’m just a push away, but I don’t wanna force them ( still kind of scared of the damage I caused the last time I really pushed myself ). Today I’ve done more isometrics than usual.

I’m so close to doing the splits. 10 cm’s all that separates me from the ground.

stretching tip ( for me )
Note to self: don’t overdo splits stretching while stretched parts are sore. I think I pulled something ![]()
Hopefully, I haven’t done any long lasting damage.
