knee injuries
I just have one advice for all the guys that train on a regular basis: don’t overtrain. It’s what I did, and I managed to injure the ligaments on both my knees. Oh, and always warm up before exercise.
my new record
I lasted 17:19 this time ( the MMA workout ). I’m proud.
a challenging game
Here’s a little game I propose to you – consider the following exercises :
- burpee – 3points
- pushup – 2points
- squat – 1point
Do as many repetitions of whatever exercise you want. At the final, calculate how many points you made. Try to beat that score each time you play again! That is, if you like such games. It’s certainly a way to make your training sessions more fun.
a magic 30 session
I forgot to tell you guys that my “Infinite Intensity” copy arrived this week. You can find more info about it here, but I think it’s totally worth it’s money.
After a month of no training ( been busy with my diploma project ), I decided to start something. So, while reading a bit about the 50 days training program, I decided to settle on “The magic 50″ … or the magic 30, in my case. I’m referring to the training routine as the magic 30, because I was only able of completing 3 out of the 5 series.
Boy was I breathing hard at the end. I think I’ll call burpees burpukees from now on ![]()
