never again : train after you just ate

My mom made a great cake today. I ate 2 slices 10 minutes before I started the training session. For the past 20 minutes or so, I regretted that decision very much.

If you ever experienced “moderate” nausea, you know what I mean. I don’t want to seem gross, but it made me want to puke. I managed to pull myself out of that state by using some breathing exercises.

What bothers me the most is that I used to know this. Oh well, you (re)learn something new each day!
