today’s training


Today was an official pyramid training day. These are the exercises I’ve used :

  • lunges
  • push-ups
  • squats

I did a 1-4-1 in 4:05. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I think we can agree this is focused on the legs, and if you haven’t done this type of training before, your legs will be pretty sore. Try it!
