I’m taking a break from splits stretching until 20’th of May to allow muscles to recover.

My splits are so close. I’m 80% sure I will be able to do them by Sunday …
I’m just a push away, but I don’t wanna force them ( still kind of scared of the damage I caused the last time I really pushed myself ). Today I’ve done more isometrics than usual.
I’ll be back tomorrow with an update.

I’m so close to doing the splits. 10 cm’s all that separates me from the ground.
I’m hoping I’ll get them by sunday.

stretching tip ( for me )


Note to self: don’t overdo splits stretching while stretched parts are sore. I think I pulled something 🙂
Hopefully, I haven’t done any long lasting damage.
